WRC Forensic Meteorological Services


WRC Forensic meteorologists provide reconstruction and expert opinions for law cases where weather is a factor. Knowing the weather where an accident happened or during an event can win a law case. Meteorologist can help lawyers obtain, interpret and analyze weather observations. The Forensic meteorologist can the provide expert weather testimony by reconstructing the weather during an accident, injury or crime.

WRC has two board Certified Consulting Meteorologist by the American Meteorological Society: Dr. John C. Freeman and Jill F. Hasling. Meteorologist at the center have worked on cases involving; Tropical Storms, hurricane, tornadoes, wind damage, floods, marine accidents, Ice storms , fog or other weather extremes.
